head of hr (temp position)
We are looking for a highly motivated Head Of HR to be the professional focal point and be responsible for all HR related topics. (Temp position for 6-8 months)

Responsibilities:

Be the professional focal point and provide consultation on all HR related topics such as: Talent acquisition and on-going recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, talents management, career development, individuals' personal needs etc.

Drive talent strategy and innovative hiring methods and processes to attract top talents.

Lead employees’ experience through the employee lifecycle and develop sense of pride, engagement and passion, including promote an organization atmosphere based on Company’s culture.

Develop and execute the overall HR Strategy to address business challenges and needs, based on deep understanding of a full business "picture”.

Support organizational changes, communication and transition plans.

People professional development.
-
Organizational development processes.
-
Lead compensation & benefits including salary revision, bonus, recognition, promotions etc.

Workforce planning, budget and annual work plans.

Be responsible for Labor law issues upon need.

Supervise and manage the admin functions.

Requirements:​
-
5+ years of experience in various HR Functions with at least one role as head of HR unit (preferably in a fast-growing high-tech company, and in a global environment).

Experience from an Online company - a big plus.

Experience in building and running hiring process in a fast paced company.
-
Deep knowledge of all HR functions.

Familiar with best practice people processes and experienced in coaching managers through this and leading where necessary.

Experience working in a global company

Experience in working effectively under pressure.

Excellent communication skills to handle complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence.
