Head of Talent Acquisition (Temp Position)

We are looking for an experienced and professional Head Of Talent Acquisition. (Temp position for 6-8 months)

The talent acquisition manager will work closely with our hiring managers to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. Manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the full cycle of hiring processes for various technology roles, including handling sourcing, resumes screening, phone and F2F interviews, reference checks etc. 

  • Collaborating with the company’s leadership team in order to build and facilitate the best hiring processes and talent acquisitions. 

  • Implementing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates and positively promote and grow FrontStory's employer brand.

  • Improve recruitment channels by using innovative souring techniques and ensuring an excellent candidate experience at all times. 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a technical recruiter / recruiting manager

  • BA in a relevant discipline (HR, social studies, etc.). 

  • Experience from an Online company - a big plus.

  • Experience in building and running hiring process in a fast paced company.

  • Excellent sourcing skills 

  • Previous experience in conducting in-depth face to face interviews 

  • High level of English - both written and verbal 

  • Proactive, independent and self-motivated

  • Experience with Comeet system - a big plus
